Researchers may not publish materials designated "off-the-record." Literary rights are retained.

There is a copyright restriction on this material: The papers, audio recordings, and photographs in M2008-043 (Box 1-32, 39-64, PH Box 11), and M2014-04, that are copies of materials from several outside collections including the Presidential Libraries of John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Baines Johnson, the Martin Luther King Jr. Library, and the National Archives and cannot be duplicated. Researchers interested in obtaining copies of the papers or audio recordings must contact the institutions directly.
