The Milwaukee-Chicago Scrapbook contains 112 black & white photographs in a
loosely bound red covered album. The photos are pasted on to black construction
paper, with a short description written on lined paper underneath each image. The
descriptions are in quotes in the contents list; they reflect the creator’s opinions
and thoughts about those scenes, and the state of both cities at the time the
scrapbook was created. The majority of the scenes depict Milwaukee, with some images
of Chicago included for the purpose of comparison. The photographs are from the late
1970s or early 1980s. Some photos are duplicates.
