Access Restrictions

During his lifetime, Mr. Hephner will receive notification of all researchers using the collection. Researchers are asked to sign a log with the paper copy of this register indicating their understanding of this restriction; the archivist supervising the use of the collection is asked to send of a photocopy of the log to Mr. Hephner.

The deed of gift contains no language concerning transfer of copyright.
