Acquisition Information

The Ellis and Merrill records were obtained by Robert J. Boucher of Green Bay at the auction of the Merrill estate on December 9, 1961. They were donated to the Neville Public Museum, Green Bay, in 1976. In December 1978 the Neville Public Museum placed the records on permanent deposit at the State Historical Society of Wisconsin. The collection is located at the Society's Area Research Center in Green Bay. Accession Number: M82-188
