This collection consists of all twenty-eight episodes from the five-minute-long suspense program Strange Experiences, which aired in United Kingdom from 1955 to 1956 and was rebroadcast from 1963 to 1964. Each episode is narrated by Peter Williams, who recounts an experience he had involving suspense, the supernatural, or the otherwise uncanny. Guest stars included various British actors of note, including Elspeth Grey, Hugh Latimer, and Peter Sallis. All episodes were produced by Derick Williams.
This collection contains all original episodes of the series, which ran for one season. Episodes are arranged on two reels. Both reels in this collection are 16 mm prints with sound and have a combined running time of approximately 90 to 100 minutes. The visual quality of these prints is generally good, although the quality differs between individual episodes.
