The District Record Book contains minutes of the annual school district meeting and the school board meetings, 1895-1948; teacher contracts, 1894-1897; list of text books, undated; clerk's annual reports and census, 1906-1911; and financial statements, 1895-1935.
The Classification register, 1899-1904, gives the names and ages of students, grades, comments on student performances, notes made by the teachers, and classes taught. The Attendance register, 1900-1906, gives the names of teachers and pupils, attendance, remarks concerning the promotion and progress of students, lessons and daily schedules, and a register of visitors. Beginning in 1906 these two types of registers were combined into a comprehensive school register for attendance, classification, and grades. The comprehensive school registers date 1906-1934 and student information for subsequent years can be found in the folder of annual reports and census, 1905-1947.
