The majority of the correspondence from the print department was very routine. For example:
shipment of prints, trailers, dialogues and other similar documents. A representative sample
of the department's functions and problems was retained for the collection. The files are
arranged by year with each year divided into an alphabetical place file, which includes both
countries and cities, and an alphabetical subject file. The 1951 files contain some material
on the distribution of Eagle-Lion releases; the nation files for the year include only A
through P.
