Included are administrative memoranda, annual brochures submitted to each county congress, voting results and analyses, resolutions submitted by the counties, committee reports, and some proceedings of the annual statewide meetings. Summarized county voting results are present only for 1992, 1995-1996; for 1994, 1997-1999 this information may be found in the county packets. Conservation Congress proceedings have not been received for all years represented, although proceedings for 1992-1997 may be found in the Historical Society library. The years 1998-2003 are incompletely documented by the general records.
