The records are comprised mainly of exhibits presented at the hearings and the transcripts of those hearings. The exhibits include correspondence of parties involved, depositions, financial records, meeting minutes, and letters to the commissioner. There are also two audio recordings of an interview with Irwin Jacobs. Also included in the collection are commissioner staff working papers, U.S. Securities and Exchange filings, and newspaper clippings.
