This collection has been arranged at the top level into four 'fonds'. These 'fonds' represent the groups in which documents related to James F. Crow arrived at UW Archives. These divisions have been maintained so as to preserve the relationship of documents within these groups to one another. Within each 'fonds', documents have been partially or totally rearranged. The great majority of folder titles have been maintained, but some have been replaced. Each 'fonds' is divided into series which roughly describe their content.
