This collection has been arranged into three broad categories, Boxes 1 and 2 contain primarily event files, that is documents generated in the planning and execution of on campus events for which the Multicultural Student Center provided support and/or funding. These files are arranged by date. Boxes 3 through 7 contain other organization documents documenting the activities of a wide variety of student organizations active within the Multicultural Student Center. These files are arranged according to organization name in alphabetical order. Boxes 8 through 11 contain audio and visual materials including the contents of Multicultural Student Center photo albums and other audio-visual media which are arranged as they were processed. Almost all of the files had some file level organization before processing, as such effort has been made to preserve original file titles and composition. In some cases this has lead to duplicate or overlapping folder titles.
