The correspondence is arranged by language and then chronologically within each box:
Russian (Boxes 1-3, 7), English (Boxes 4-5), and French (Box 6), along with a small number
of letters in other languages (Box 7). Photographs were placed in mylar sleeves and
paperclipped to the letters and envelopes with which they were received by Vasiliev.
