The collection is arranged in two parts. Boxes 1-11 are arranged numericaly by Series number. Boxes 12-20 are also arranged numericaly by Series number and only contain the larger index cards, called Kardex files. When looking for a specific Series number, one will need to consult both sets of boxes.
