This collection contains recipes for various aspects of cooking, such as baking,
quantity cooking, and special diets, as well as for specific foods like meat and
grains. These recipes were collected by nutritionist and local TV host, Breta Griem.
The materials come in various forms, such as booklets, pamphlets, leaflets,
brochures, clippings, and recipe cards. There are also some typed and handwritten
recipes. These are typically foldered separately, along with some of the more
fragile items. Many of these recipes were issued by food product companies.
