Container Title
Series: 1: Board of Zoning, 1999-2002
Scope and Content Note: As Vice Chairman of the Utilities and Licenses Committee, Herron’s collection has a number of Board of Zoning appeals and applications that deal with business and residences both inside and outside his district. Most requests date from the time Herron served as a member of the committee, acting as the representation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee, 2000-2002. However, there are several holdovers from Alderman Kalwitz’ tenure, 1999. The hearing information is filed chronologically under the month in which the board meeting took place. Information relating to specific building zoning, not presented at Board of Zoning meetings, is organized by the name of the business or resident and are organized alphabetically.
