members of the public in accordance with state law.

An unknown donor transferred the collection to the Archives prior to 1989.
Ellen Engseth processed the collection in June of 1996 and January of 1997, and added
some additional records in May 1997. Christel Maass added some additional minutes to the
collection in November 2017.
