Box 5 is restricted according to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 USC 552a). Please see an archivist for more information. There are no other access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

Delores Green, LAND Program Manager, donated the collection to the Archives in January 2014 (accession 2013-035).

Processing Information

Phyllis Reske processed accession 2013-035 in Spring 2017 (Brad Houston supervised). Chloe Nielson began reprocessing the electronic records in April 2021 and Shiraz Bhathena finished processing them in December 2022.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

As of May 18, 2017, all files were accessible on a computer running Windows 7 Enterprise with Service Pack 1. Programs used to access the files include Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, and Windows Media Player and Photo Viewer.
