our midst Ralph Peterson, our former county agent, co-

Resolved, That this Association tender to his family our
sympathy in their bereavement, and be it further

WHEREAS, There has been removed from among us the
loving character of Franklin J. Wood who has been for more
than forty years a true arid loyal friend to his fellow mem,
bers in this Association and
WHEREAS, His loss is keenly felt by each of us, and his
counsel, generosity and kindness will be greatly missed,
therefore be it
Resolved, That we, the Wisconsin State Cranberry Grow-
ers' Association here assembled, extend our deepest sym-
pathy to Mrs. Wood and the members of the family and
that a copy of this resolution be sent to his family, and also
spread upon the minutes of this meeting.
