Directors meeting of the Wind Lake Telephone Company was held at
the office of the manager, Mr. Fred Brockhansen on February 17,
1926. All directors present.
The meeting was called to order by the president, Mr. H. F.
Johnson.
All bills were audited and all accounts paid to date and all
customary business transacted.
The directors recommend the following motion to the stockholders as
follows. That the Wind Lake Telephone Company pay a dividend of 7
percent on all capital stock for the year 1926.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.

24th Annual Meeting of February 20. 1926
Annual meeting of the Wind Lake Telephone Company was held February
20, 1926 at the Col. Heg School Dist. No. 1 Norway.
The meeting was called to order by the President, H. F. Johnson.
All Directors present.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved.
The secretary's report was read and accepted.
The treasurer's report was then read and adopted.
A motion was made, seconded and carried that the company pay a
seven percent dividend for the year 1926.
A motion was made, seconded and carried that in regards to
extending the line one-half mile or more for a single party, the
decision and condition would be left to the judgement of the
directors.
There being no further business a motion was made, seconded and
carried that we proceed to elect directors by ballot.
The chair appointed Albert Malchine and Edw. Jacobson as tellers.
A motion was then made, seconded and carried that we suspend the
rules and elect Mr. H. F. Johnson by acclamation.
The rules were again suspended and J. A. Beecher was elected by
