y of 1844, Neil's and Maren Narum d in the USA with their six daughters ne son. They homesteaded the State sconsin, Town of Norway, in Racine ty. Each of their daughters married noved, their one son, Hans Narum, over the farm. Hans married Bertha Guttormsen in 1869. To this union children were born. As the children and left home, Nels stayed on and ually took over the farm, when his , Hans, died in 1924. Nels and his )r, John, farmed until 1950 when Nels hter, Nell Marie, married Lloyd on, and they took over the farm. and Nell Marie have been farming since.
