Day, Director of Domestic Arts in the Stout Manual Training School, and in- volves good judgment as to what should be included and careful estimates on the cost. Some deviation is no doubt allowable. A less complete outfit might an- swer but it is not advisable to get along with less if means are at hand for supplying the full list. The number of pupils provided for is sixteen.
