17,. While the Comparjny intends to continuemkn annu-il contributions to the trust sufficient to enable the Trustee to pay accruing premiums on all endowment or annuity policies held by it, the Company nevertheless shall not be obligated to continue such contributions, but may reduce or discontinue the same. 14. In case of termination, the Trustee shall be reauired to distribute the remaining assets of the trust to the persons who at the time are Participants or retired Participants, or to their respective beneficiaries. 15. The trust indenture shall include proper provision for appointment of successor trustees, for payment of administration expenses, for relieving the Trustee of any liability on account of its acts in administering the trust (except in the case of its wilful miscounduct or gross negligence) and for the making of amendments in the trust indenture that shall not substantially alter the Plan. 16. Distribution of benefits to Participants under the Plan shall be integrated with Social Security. There being no further business to come before this meeting, the same was on motion duly adjourned to February 10, 1944. /- Secretary I
