While I think of it, I on tertua mention that the old company is plaintil in the suit against the Collector of l -evenue, and has recently recovered a jua of about r24,000. If the Government appeal. the case, I think the old company had better be kept in existence until the litigation i2 finished. Then if we finally win, the old pany will collect the judgment and pass t money on to the new company.
