to the individuals in agriculture than In urban life. No doubt this is due
to the
fact that the farmers have cooperated more in their production and business
dealings such as In selling farm products, purchasing farm supplies, develop-
ing credit for financing farm ownership and production, and providing mutual
insurance to cover farm equipment, crops and buildings. On the other hand,
cooperation among urban groups is more strictly for individual or family
purposes.
