* BRIGADIER GENERAL GEORGE F. LULL
U. S. Army
Brigadier General George F. Lull, a native of Pennsylvania, was born
in Scranton on March 10, 1887. After receiving his early education,
he entered Jefferson Medical College, receiving his M. D. degree
in 1909.
A military career was chosen as his profession in September, 1912,
when he entered the U. S. Army Medical Corps. Here he has served
continuously through all grades, from First Lieutenant to Brigadier
General.                                                 a
Brigadier General Lull has seen action in France during World War I
and- has served also in Panama and the Philippine Islands. He re-
ceived his C. P. H. degree from the Harvard 'echnology School of
Public Health in 1921, and a Dr. P. H. degree from the University
of Pennsylvania.
At present, Brigadier General Lull is the Deputy Surgeon General of
the U. S. Army at Washington, D. C.
