The Emerald: the Waterford Union High School annual
Administration, pp. 4-6
Jackie Favell LaVerne Lewis Just as time brings many changes for all of us, Waterford High saw several of those changes this year. Mr. Sweifel could be found taking care of school business both in and out of the office. Mr. Richmond became the new principal, transferring here from Beloit. As he adapted to WHS, there was a new enforcement of old rules. Besides carrying out the respon- sibilities of athletic director, Mr. Baas moved into a new office and became assistant principal, handling discipline and other student-related matters. Through all these changes, the secretarial staff in the main office helped everyone adjust to them. Mrs. Lewis took charge of attendance records, while Mrs. Sorge handled secretarial tasks that needed to be done daily. Miss Favell was the administrative assistant, and all three of them along with their smiles helped to make the changes a little less noticeable! Jeannine Sorge
