GUDBJORG SJURSDATTER GRIMSRUDEIE was born on Feb 5, 1807 in Trefothaugen in
Norway. She died on Aug 19, 1879 in the Town of Vermont. She is buried in the Vermont
Lutheran Church Cemetery.

PETER STRANDBRAATEN was born in 1817 and married Anne Marie Hallsteinsdatter
Nerby in 1843. He came to America in 1869 with his wife and children.
ANNE MARIE HALLSTEINSDATTER NERBY was born in 1821. Anne remarried later to
a Peterson and that is how Tonnetta came to be known as Tonnetta Strandbratan Peterson.

PER OLSEN PILTINGSRUD was born in 1761 in Norway. He Married Eli Gudbrandsdatter
Sorum in 1789, and he died in 1833. He married a second time to Ronnaug Larsdatter
Nord-Garthus. In 1803 Per Olsen Piltingsrud sold the forest below the farm in thirds to
Chamberlain Peder Anker, the forest was assessed in May of 1806. In 1813 Per Olsen
