FitST-CLASS PINE LANDS,
Convenient to GOOD DRIVING STREAMIS, (Wisconsin and Chippewa Rivers and
their tributsries.) These lands will cut on an average,
     1,000,000 to 1,500,000 Feet to a Quarter Section,
6,000 to 8,000 feet per acre,) and are worth now, as Pine Lands are se lling,
0 to S7 per acre, and will soon be worth more than DOUBLE those fig-
ures. This is no exaggeration, but plain, simple fact. I can furnish
