         constructing buildings. Supervision will be furnished by
         Rural Resettlement Division.
     2. Building ?..atcrinls, Land Clearing Pnd Su=olies - $1,200,000.00
         is avni~lble from the Rural Resettlement Administration for
         materials, in addition to recently ourchased land clearing
         equipment. Some logs snd lumber are now ready for use on
         this project. Fifteen acres of each fnrn unit are to be
         cleared for cropping; nn additional 15 acres are to be stumped
         and brushed; buildings consisting of ? dwelling, barn, chicken
         house and root cellar nro to be constructed and a well
         drilled or dug on ench form unit.
IV.  Resettlement of Selected Clients.  The Lpnd Utilization Division
     is to Pn-orove, -ption andn nurchp.se homes of present settlers, the
     final chice of f'unilies to be reloc-ted not to be maie until new
     unit is reonAy. Equities in old h-,mes and farms will be accepted
     by Rurpl Resettlement Division Ps first panrment on new Oropertv.
     Prioritv in selection of clients will follow recor'mend.ati-n of
     Land Use Ad.risorwr Committee of the State Planning Bon.rd.  Close
     cooperation will be maintnined byr the Rural Resettlement Adminis-
     trntion rith the Count Resettlement Committee, rith State De-
     partments, rKith the relocated settlers, and with other Divisions
     of the Resettlement Administration.
V. Financial operation with the Resettlement Client - will follow
    the requirements of the Resettlement Alministration in making
    loans to farmers for rehabilitation purposes.
