This substantially com- pletes all streets in or adjacent to the parks excepting Thornton avenue in Tenney Park, the upper end of Burr Oak Drive and Meadow Drive in Henry Vilas Park and Warren street adjacent to Henry Vilas Park. It is to be noted that the total amount expended and to be expended by the city in acquiring and permanently im- proving the parks, is less than one-half the amount con- tributed to the association by its members.
