at each recurring annual meeting of the members of this
association, Mr. Olin has stood before you giving you viid
pictures of the work accomplished by the association un-
der his management and painting in glowing colors the ros-
eate visions which, during the coming months, he meant to
make substantial realities. If you, members of the associa-
tion, miss him, much more do we, upon whom has devolved
the burden which he has laid down, regret the absence of
the master spirit whose dominating optimism has been our
inspiring and moving force for more than seventeen years.
