Pleasure Drive Associa-
tion was held in the
gymnasium of the High
School building on
Monday evening, April
25, 1910, at the conclu-
sion of the annual din-
ner
The meeting was
called to order by Al-
bert I1. Iollister, chair-
man.
As the minutes of the
previous annual meet-

published in the report the reading of such minutes was
omitted.
On motion a committee of three consisting of M. S. Dud-
geon, W. A. Oppel and John S. Main was appointed to
nominate officers for the ensuing year.
The report of the treasurer and of the auditing commit-
tee was then read and on motion the report was received
and placed on file.
The committee on nominations reported in favor of the
election of the following persons as officers of the associa-
tion for the ensuing year, viz.:
President, J. C. Schubert.
Vice-President, Andrew S. Brown.
Secretary, Charles N. Brown.
Treasurer, Frank W. Iloyt.
Directors, Halle Steensland, W. D. Curtis, Fred M. Schlim-
gen, Frank W. Cantwell, Frank W. Hoyt, and G. M. Fisk.
