OUTAGAMIE COUNTY PIONEER RECORD. JAMES WEBLEY Born in Monroe county, New York, Sept. 22, 1822; came to Greenville in 1847; married to Sarah Wood, March, 1847; died March 11, 1856; her children, James E., born, Dec, 8, 1848, died in 1850; Casper, born, Nov. 28, 1851; married second wife, Eliza Walters, May 7, 1857; was born, March 19, 1825; Henry, born, Feb, 5, 1861, died, Dec. 29, 1875; Clara, born, Dec. 14, 1869. Served in the war of the Rebellion a year and a half in Co. A, 50th Regiment, Wisconsin Infantry. Residence, corner of Rankin and Washington streets, Appleton. Children of Eliza Webley by first marriage: Margaret Walter, born, April 25, 1849; Samuel Walter, born, Sept. 19, 1851; Anna Walter, born, Aug. 17, 1854. LOUIS WURL Born 1859, in the town of Center, Outagamie county; he was married to Miss Laura Weissenburg in Feb, 1886. She was born in 1860. Their children are, Selma W., born in 1887; Frankie L., born in 1890; Myrtle L., born in 1896. Mr. Wurl has been chairman of the town of Ellington four years, and assessor three years, supervisor one year, and is now chairman of the county board of supervisors. WILLIAM WELLER Is a native of Germany, where he was born in the year 1822; when a young man he settled in this county. He married Augusta Froher in 1844. She was born in 1823. Their only surviving son, Philip, was born in 1851, and now resides in Appleton. His father lives with him. Phil- lip Weller married Maggie Renner in 1872. Their nine children now living were born as follows: Emily Fisher, 1875; Augusta, 1878; Louisa, 1881; William, 1883; Mary, 1885; Charles, 1887; Elsie, 1889; Martha, 1893, Ruth, 1895. MRS. AMY WARNER Born in 1817; came to Outagamie county, 1856.
