OUTAGAMIR COUNTY PIONEER RECORD. C. G. ADKINS Was born in Traxton, Cortlandt county, New York, Oct. 1, 1822, came to Outagamie County, Wisconsin, May 3, 1853. Merchant. Married to Elary L. Wood- ward January 12, 1847. Children, Lillie H. Adkins now residing at Syracuse, New York; C. V. Adkins, born Feb. 25, 1850; married, now resides at 738 Lawrence street, Appleton. A. ASPINWALL Was born in England in 1821 and came to Outagamie county in 1849. ALFRED F. BOUNDS Was born at Ravensthorp, England, March 4, 1848; came to Outagamie county in 1872; married May 26, 1878, to Hulda M. Spencer, who was born at Menomonie Falls, Wisconsin, August 2, 1851. Children, Guy Leroy, born May 10, 1879, died June 1]6, 1879; Florence E., born Oct. 3, 1882; Hattie D., born Nov. 25, 1884; residence corner of Spencer street and Whitman avenue, Appleton, Wisconsin. Occupation, fruit grower. SAMUEL BOYD Was born Nov. 1, 1836, came to Appleton in the year 1852, to attend Lawrence University. Graduated in June, 1859, opened a law office June, 1861, in Appleton and has not been absent from the county a whole year since 1852. HERMAN BISSING Was born in Germany, Oct. 13, 1831, came to Appleton in 1863. Engaged in the shoe business. Children, Frank Bissiug, born in Waukesha in 1859; Henry Bissing, born in Waukesha, 1863; Benjamin H. Bissing, born in Apple- ton, 1872 ; Mary Bissing Berenger, born in Waukesha county, 1857; Elizabeth Bissing, born in Waukesha county, 1861.
