Taking a Sponge Bath I. Sets out needed supplies, i.e., soap, washcloth, deodorant, etc. 2. Strips from waist up. 3. Turns on water to warm (tests with finger). 4. Puts stopper in place. 5. Puts soap in hand. 6. Puts washcloth in preferred hand. 7. Places hands under water and lathers washcloth thoroughly. 8. Replaces soap. 9. Scrubs face. 10. Scrubs arms and ear area. 11. Scrubs neck area and outer ear. 12. Rinses cloth. 13. Rinses soap off face and neck. 14. Rinses cloth and refills sink if necessary. 15. Re-lathers cloth. 16. Scrubs underarms and chest area. 17. Rinses cloth and re-lathers when necessary. 18. Rinses cloth and under arms and chest area. 19. Rinses out cloth. 20. Sets cloth down. 21. Pats all washed areas dry. 22. Uses deodorant. 23. Uses moisturizing lotion or skin medication (if desired/necessary). 24. Dresses. 25. Shaves or applies make-up correctly. 26. Rate
