Starting time. 
Identify when face needs to be washed. 
Obtain necessary materials. 
Independently walk to bathroom. 
Turn on water. 
Adjust water temperature. 
Wet washcloth/wring out. 
Wet face with washcloth. 
Lather soap on to washcloth. 
Wash all areas of face with washcloth. 
Rinse soap from washcloth. 
Rinse face with cloth over basin. 
Dry face with towel. 
Replace materials. 
Time finished.
