Shoe Tvin Taking shoe off: I. Untie shoe. 2. Loosen lace. 3. Grasp heel of shoe. 4. Pull shoe off from heel. 5. Pull off rest of shoe. Putting shoe on: I. Hold shoe with two hands near top. 2. Place toes in shoe. 3. Pull shoe over heel. 4. Pull up tongue of shoe. 5. Pull laces tight. 6. Crisscross laces. 7. Make boe - tie laces.
