SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIREC{TiS OF HAMILTON MANUFACTURING COMPANY Two Rivers, Wisconsin September 10, 1941 On this day at three o'clock P. M. the Board of Directors of Hamilton Manufacturing Company met in the office of the corooration in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, nursuant to waiver of notice on file. The meeting was called to order by H. Evans The President stated that the purpose of the meet- ing was to consider declaration of dividends, as set forth in notice of meeting to all directors; that the Comptroller's financial report for the first thirty-two weeks of the year 1941, after depreciation, bond interest, and estimated taxes on income, was in excess of $250,000; that all accumulated dividends on the First Preferred stock of the corporation have been paid to date and quarterly dividends have been paid on the First Preferred and Class A Preferential Participatin stocks of the corporation to June 30, 1941; that a nuarterly dividend of 1-3/4/o on the First Preferred $100 par stock and a 25r per I
