-her orders for the pnyment of money drawn in is corpouation's name, on its pay roll checks, includ- ing those payable to the individual order of any person or persons whose name or names appear thereon as signer or signers thereof, when bearing or puroorting to bear the facsimile signature(s) of any one of the following: W. G. Dickson, Comptroller and the Harris Trust and Savings Bank shall be entitled to honor and to charge this corporation for such checks, drafts or other orders, regardless of by vihom or by what means the actual or purported facsimile signature or sig- natures thereon may have been affixed thereto, if such signature or signatures resemble the facsimile Tpecimens duly certified to or filed with the Harris Trust and Savings Bank by the Secretary or other officer of the corporation."
