Following a discussion, Director H. G. Evans
offered the following resolution:
"RESOLVED, that this Board of Directors hereby ratifies,
approves and confirms the construction contracts, en-
tered into,with Immel-Mabie Construction Company on
December 9, 1940 for the construction of warehouse
and production facilities on a cost plus basis.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this cornoration borrow
$100,000 from the First Wisconsin National Bank of
ilwaukee at such time as it b comes necess;ry to
nke disbursements for payment of construction

orm of note submitted, in the words and figures

ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00) on the dates and in in-
