To T-e Secretary of hairliton ianufacturirn& Coljmpa At the.meeting of stockholders of Hamilton- ing Company held on this date, there were personally pre- sent the owners of all of the subscribed common stock of the company, same amounting to 11,928 shares. Tne same persons were also the owners of 4,473 shares of preferrt- Therefore, these persons owned all together 16,401 shares of preferred and common stock. At the meeting an amen - ment was adopted by unanimous votof all stockholders present changile redemption price of preferred stock from 102± to 105. 1 cast my vote as owner of both preferred and common stock in favor of this amendment; and if your minutes do not show this I author.ze you to make such cange as may be necessary.
