Rahway, New Jersey. February 27, 1926. To the Secretary of Hamilton Manufacturing Company: At the meeting of stockholders of Hamilton Manufactur- ing Company held on this date, there were personally pre- sent the owners of all of the subscribed common stock of the company, same amounting to 11,928 shares. The same persons were also the owners of 4,473 shares of preferred. Therefore, these persons owned all together 6,041 shares of preferred and common stock. At the meeting an amend- ment was adopted by unanimous vote of all stockholders present changing redemption price of preferred stock from LO21 to 105. I cast my vote as owner of both preferred and common stock in favor of this amendment; and if your inutes do not show this I authorize you to make such f 7shares of Common Stock, 7 shares of Preferred Stock.
