Two Rivers, Wisconsin February 27, 1926 To The Secretary of Hamilton Manufacturing Company: the meeting of stockholders of Hamilton Manufacturing y held on this date, there were personally present the owners of all of the subscribed common stock of the company, same amounting to 11,928 shares. The same persons were also the owners of 4,473 shares of preferred. Therefore, these persons owned all together 16,4I shares of preferred and common stock. At the meeting an amendment was adopted by un- animous vote of all stockholders present changing redemption price of preferred stock from 102 to 105. I cast my vote as owner of both preferred and common stock in favor of this nendment; and if your minutes do not show this I authorize to T-ke such chpre no mny be recessary. UMBER OF SHARES OF .
