(7) To take such other or further action with res-ect to the foregoing propositions as the Board of Directors may deem desirable, and to transact any and all other business which may properly come before the meeting. And we and each of us do hereby consent that such special meeting shall be held at the time and the place and for the purposes as aforesaid. (The consent of Director J. E. Hamilton to the holding of the above described special meeting of directors, and his waiver of notice thereof, has been fur- nished by telegraph, and the original Western Union telegram of the saidJ. E. Hamiltonis appended below the signatures of the other four directors, and inserted in the minute book of the corporation, and made a part of the record of this waiver and consent.)
