June 16, 1897 - It is hereby agreed
and understood between the Town of
Cassel and Mathias Wagner of said town
that a certain strip of land 1 and 80/100
acres situated on the line between the
NW14 and the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sec
14 in said Town of Cassel has hereby been
leased to the Town of Cassel for a public
highway for 99 years for all reasons what-
soever for the sum of $1.00 to him in kind
paid.
