   built for the first time over wide rivers or
   across deep valleys. The first bridge that
   now spans the wvidest valley was built in some
   office - on paper. So have the largest and
   most expensive buildings been erected, first
   on paper.
            And the back yard and the farm garden
   should be prepared in the same manner - in the
   home and on paper.

   lettuce, the peas, the cucumbers, the radish-
