     Bangls testing has been continued in the County during the
past year under the present Government Program.
     The indemnity that is now being paid of $25.00 is still in
effect. The additional indemnity' that is being paid by the state
is available to only counties that have secured sufficient sign-
ers for the area test.
     There are at the present time 755 cattle owners who are test-
ing under the Federal Program. 156 of these persons now have cer-
tified herds.
     So fare according to the best figures available, $53,825.00
have been paid cattle owners in this County as indemnity for cat-
tle that have reacted.
     The following table shows how the infection in infected herds
has been reduced from 25.6% to 2.0% in 4 tests:
