STATISTICS
Membership rolls in Waukau Methodist Church began at 38 people in 1861. 
The numbers grew to 81 under the Rev. Thomas Peep in that year.  The largest
ever recorded was 200 under the evangelistic pastor the Rev. John Wills in
1914.
By 1897, 152 members were listed by the Rev. George Reynolds.  In 1902 the
roster went back to 81, then rose again to 122 by 1912.
After a surge to the high point of 200 in 1914, the list fell to 92 in 1925.
 By 1953 the Rev. Arthur North recorded 135 members.  The Rev. W. Dan Rushingin,
1986 reported 142 members.
Valuation of the first church in 1867 was $4000.00.  After that structure
burned to the ground in 1904, the new church was valued at $7000.00.  In
contrast, the church in 1986 is valued at $190,000.00.  Just to replace the
stained glass windows in 1985 cost $7000.00.
