SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
HAMILTON MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Two Rivers, Wisconsin
March 12, 1943
On this day at the hour of 3 o'clock P. M., the
Board of Directors of Hamilton Manufacturing Company met
in the office of the company in the City of Two Rivers,
Wisconsin, pursuant to waiver of notice on file.
The meeting was called to order by E. P. Hamil-
ton, president; W. G. Dickson, secretary, present and
acting as such. Roll call of directors showed the follow-
ing present in person:

H. G. Evans
A. L. Nash
W. G. Dickson
The president stated that the purpose of the
meeting was to consider declaration of dividends on the
Class A Preferential Participating stock and the First
Preferred stock of the company; that the treasurer's
financial report for the first eight weeks of the year
1943, after depreciation, bond interest snd estimated
taxes on income, was in excess of $67,000; that all of
the accumulated dividends on the First Preferred stock of
the corporation have been paid to date and the quarterly
dividends have been paid on the First Preferred and Class
