January 14, 1941
On this day at three o'clock P. :. the Board
of Directors of Hamilton Manufacturing Company met in
the office of the corporation at Two Rivers, isconsin,
pursuant to waiver of notice on file.
The meeting was called to order by H. C.
Gowren, President; W. G. Dickson, Secretary, present
and acting as such. Roll c1

The President stated that it appeared neces-
sary and advisable to borrow $100,000 to finance the con-
struction of a warehouse building in order to take care
of the additional storage space requirements for orospective
1941 business; that the corooration had received an offer
of a loan of such funds from the First Wisconsin National
Bank of Milwaukee, with interest at three per cent, payable
semi-annually, and with "20,000 principal oayments to be made,
beginning one year from date of note; that a form of
including specific covenants had been submitted
